John was born in Northern NSW and raised on the family sheep and cattle property at Barraba, NSW. After completing the Higher School Certificate, he spent 5 years on stations in far North Queensland and Moree, NSW.
John has been with Carter Lindsay Weber since October 2001 & is an accomplished auctioneer, having been in the agency industry in Dubbo since 1998 John holds all relevant industry licenses.
John is married to Jackie and they have 3 children. He is also actively with the Dubbo Rugby Club.
Shaun McHugh

Shaun McHugh was born and bred in Tamworth where his interest in the agency industry took place. After leaving school in 2003 Shaun attained his Real Estate and Stock & Station Agents licence, being an accredited Auctions Plus assessor for both sheep and cattle.
Shaun then moved around Scone, Walcha and eventually landed in Dubbo working for a wool firm as a trainee livestock agent. After spending a short time in Dubbo, he then spent 2 years in Nyngan before starting work with Carter Lindsay & Weber in September 2007.
Shaun is married to Gemma and they have 2 children.
Hugh Edwards

Hugh grew up down the road at Wellington on his family sheep and cattle farm. When leaving school in 2015 he started in the agency game, joining the Carter Lindsay & Weber team in October 2017. Hugh is fully licensed and Auctions Plus accredited.
Campbell Rose

Campbell grew up on the family farm outside of Dubbo running sheep and cattle. After leaving school in 2019 he spent 3 years up in the Gulf of Carpentaria in Queensland and also working on cattle stations in the Northern Territory. Moving back to Dubbo in late 2022 he started working with Carter Lindsay & Weber in January 2023. Campbell is Auctions Plus accredited.
Donna Ledsham

Donna has been with Carter Lindsay & Weber since moving to Dubbo in 1993. Starting in the Stock and Station industry in 1986 in Gunnedah and having been in the industry ever since. Donna was born in Gunnedah, is married to Marty and has 2 children.
Tracey Minney
Office Administration
Tracey was born and raised in Dubbo commencing work in the Stock and Station industry in 1988. Tracey commenced employment with Carter Lindsay & Weber in February 2004, achieving her Stock and Station Agent Certificate in 2007. Tracey is married to Tim and has 4 children.
